The module helped increase customer satisfaction whilst minimising cancellations and, therefore, reducing capacity demands. Our solution enabled 35,564 customers to self-serve, improving business efficiencies and delivering a greater ROI.
Due to its success, the build continues to grow with an integrated payment gateway via Worldpay, real-time finance applications through Barclays and core system CRM processes, including Salesforce. These integrations provide customers with a truly end-to-end experience, exceeding demands and adding value to the business.
